Simple, healthy recipe coming your way!

Tofu is super versatile and takes on all of the ingredients and flavors added.

Please do NOT fear this protein!

Once you start cooking with tofu, you will love it.
Take it from me. I did not grow up eating tofu but starting implementing it once I became plant based and it is the BOMB!

For this recipe you need:
1 package of Udon Noodles
Frozen Koren pancakes
Sweet Chili Sauce- a few tablespoons
Whichever veggies you would like to add. I added broccoli, purple cabbage, mushrooms and onions
1 block of firm or extra firm tofu
Seasonings (onion powder, garlic salt, ground pepper)

Add Udon Noodles to boiling water.
While cooking the udon noodles, simply sauté veggies in a pan
Slice or cube the tofu and add the pieces to the same pan.
Season with onion powder, garlic salt and a little ground pepper and when almost cooked through, add the sauce.
Keep the pan covered for a couple of minutes (to warm the sauce) and then plate.
The Korean pancake was frozen and you can air fry it for about 10 minutes unless you choose to pan fry it in a little oil.
