Recently my partner and I made these delicious red lentil burgers!!
Super easy and incredibly tasty!
The smell of all of the ingredients mixed together in the food processor was fantastic!
I fully recommend you making these!
These lentil burgers can be baked, airfryed, grilled or fried. Plus they are Top 9 allergen friendly!
Ingredients:
-red lentils
-yellow onion (we used a vidalia onion)
-carrot
-cilantro
-garlic
-tomato paste
-spices – garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper
-oil (optional)- (we did not use oil, we cooked them in the oven)
Soak the lentils for a couple of hours.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and then use a measuring cup or scooper to put the mix on a baking sheet (or pan) and cook for at least 20 minutes, turning once to brown both sides.
Place burger on buns and add any plant-based toppings you like!
So easy!
